@JosephFordCotto Ukraine is a GIANT piggy bank, probably intentionally. That's why money/weapons/aid are being sent there. Much of the arms don't even reach "intended" targets. Looking at history, I'd argue it's by design & the rule, not the exception. But what do I know? 😁👊🏼
